Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is the Information
Custodians correct rolls, replace portals, revise fees, and add newly digitized years. Collections may also move. We review the guide, but cannot promise that every detail is complete or current. Confirm important information with the office holding the record.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing published here is legal advice. We identify sources and explain how Florence resident rolls and directories generally operate, but that information cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public access supports transparency, not harm. Never use information reached here to stalk, harass, intimidate, or injure someone. Misuse may violate Kentucky or federal law and breaches our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, what they charge, or how they handle submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
This site holds no government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It points to the offices, libraries, and portals that do. Obtaining, verifying, or correcting a record means contacting that custodian directly.
