The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Kentucky's Consumer Data Protection Act, KRS 367.3611 through 367.3629, provides qualifying consumers rights involving access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt outs from covered controllers. Public records and government bodies are among the law's exclusions or exemptions. Because we retain little information, a request ordinarily involves checking our contact mailbox and available logs. Use the Contact page to ask. We cannot remove public records held by a Kentucky state, county, or city custodian.
